The Role

As a Product Designer at Acme Games, you'll own the product from thought to finish. You'll be involved in every step of the product process from brainstorming broad ideas to ensuring that the final design is true to the mockups. As a designer at Ladder you'll have influence over the brand and product, will have the opportunity to be a cross-functional partner and will be expected to be a great communicator in taking product ideas across the finish line.

Qualified candidates will have experience owning and leading projects to scale, are detail oriented and can uphold high quality visuals. Above all, this role will expect you to have an understanding of design systems, bold innovation, problem solving skills, creativity, and an optimistic attitude.

About You:

• You have 2+ years of experience preferably in product design

• You collaborate cross-functionally with our engineering and product team to develop and expand our product

• You have experience in designing on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Mobile Web, Desktop, etc.)

• You have excellent communication and written skills

• You are highly proficient in Figma and other design tools

• You are highly proficient in interactive prototyping tools (Principle, Invision Studio, Protopie, etc.)

• You demonstrate excellency in design craft

• You have the ability to work with a low-ego, collaborative, cross-functional team

• You are excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
